Rainmaker Staffing has achieved Workers' Compensation Risk Certification (WRC, pronounced "work"), recognition of our ability to operate at the highest levels in regards to
safety and risk management.
WRC Certification is the independent standard for quality in the staffing industry. Backed by the American Staffing Association, it is reserved for an elite group of members. In fact, less than 2% of staffing companies in the U.S. can boast to be WRC Certified.
Drawing influence from ISO standards, the WRC process involves a comprehensive operational evaluation. This includes a review of how we prescreen, qualify and interview applicants. The process reviews how employees are evaluated, matched to jobs and trained before being sent on assignment.
