History
Rainmaker Staffing was founded by Chris and Victoria Hill in 2001. Chris was a staffing industry veteran with a wealth of knowledge, while Victoria was a successful lawyer. Their combination of experience and people skills was the perfect fit and so Rainmaker Staffing was born!
Located in an office close to their Santa Ana home, Chris and Victoria’s mission
was to establish Rainmaker Staffing as California’s most professional
and trustworthy provider of temporary personnel. Their vision was to improve
employees’ lives by providing dignity in the form of employment, and
advance employers’ goals of profitability and professionalism. Through competitive

Now an autonomous division of Decton Inc., Rainmaker Staffing has a network of offices strategically located
