Previous Employee of the Month award winners are listed below. Rainmaker Staffing honors our employees with an award every month. The Employee of the Month receives a certificate and reward in recognition for his/her contribution.
Bertha Amezcua
Bertha has successfully completed assignments at over a dozen different Rainmaker clients since 2002. She has worked at locations ranging from San Dimas to Irvine and Ontario to Huntington Beach. “Bertha is a truly amazing employee!” stated Ashley Viveros, Rainmaker Staffing Placement Consultant. “She always has a smile, is hard working and Bertha is extremely reliable.”
Sandra Zamora
A Rainmaker employee for over three years, Sandra Zamora has been on assignment
at Griswold Industries in Santa Ana since
March 2006. “Sandra is a fantastic employee,”
stated Blanca Tavares, Rainmaker Staffing
Placement Consultant. “She has shown both
flexibility and reliability when working
on over half a dozen different assignments
at Rainmaker clients including Hurley, Shimano
and Quiksilver.”
Joseph P. Garcia
A Rainmaker Staffing employee since November, 2007, Joseph P. Garcia is a forklift driver working in the Molding Department at Medegen in Ontario.
“We needed an employee and Joseph was ready at 30-minutes
notice!” states Lydia Sheraden, Staffing Manager at our
Ontario branch. “Joseph is
a great worker, he stays for over time and is very flexible.”
Alicia Aguillares
Alicia Aguillares works in the Finishing Department
at our on-site location at Quiksilver in Huntington Beach.
A Rainmaker Staffing employee since
March, 2007, Alicia
has had perfect attendance since she began working at Quiksilver.
“Alicia always comes to work with a positive attitude,” stated
David Castrejon, her Quiksilver supervisor. David also mentioned
Alicia’s willingness to help others.
Guillermo Sanchez Ramos
A Rainmaker employee since
June, 2006, Guillermo Sanchez Ramos works as a Donations
Clerk at Goodwill Industries. Blanca Aragon, Staffing Specialist
at our office
in Santa Ana, nominated Guillermo for
a number of reasons. “The first thing you notice about
Guillermo is his energetic personality,” Blanca states.
“Guillermo is reliable, committed and devoted to his job,
as shown by his perfect attendance record and outstanding
work ethic.”
Gokce Marangoz
A Rainmaker Staffing employee since
January, 2007, Gokce Marangoz works as an Order Entry Clerk at Emerson Process Management.
Originally placed for a three week assignment, Gokce did such
an amazing job that she’s still working at Emerson! Stephanie
Eldred, Placement Consultant at Rainmaker’s office in Irvine, states
that Gokce is “both reliable and dependable, plus she has
excellent communication skills.”.
