Rainmaker Event Staffing has successfully staffed numerous events throughout southern California. For example, we recently partnered with The Promotional Edge in Los Angeles to provide event staff for a conference held by a worldwide pharmaceutical organization. Over 2,000 conference delegates were flown into California for the week-long event. Rainmaker Event Staffing provided on-site supervision and a range of employees for the following:
- “Meet and greet” delegates as they arrived into, and departed from Los Angeles (LAX) and Santa Ana (SNA) airports
- Luggage coordinators at both airports and several local hotels
- Guides to accompany delegates on buses to over 40 local restaurants for an ambitious dine-around event (requiring extensive local knowledge and even providing directions to out-of-town bus drivers!)
- Event staff to coordinate a concert at the Grove of Anaheim
