Event Staffing Case Study

Rainmaker Event Staffing has successfully staffed numerous events throughout southern California. For example, we recently partnered with The Promotional Edge in Los Angeles to provide event staff for a conference held by a worldwide pharmaceutical organization. Over 2,000 conference delegates were flown into California for the week-long event. Rainmaker Event Staffing provided on-site supervision and a range of employees for the following:

  • “Meet and greet” delegates as they arrived into, and departed from Los Angeles (LAX) and Santa Ana (SNA) airports
  • Luggage coordinators at both airports and several local hotels
  • Guides to accompany delegates on buses to over 40 local restaurants for an ambitious dine-around event (requiring extensive local knowledge and even providing directions to out-of-town bus drivers!)
  • Event staff to coordinate a concert at the Grove of Anaheim
